How Do I Enable USB Debugging on Xiaomi?

With this method, you will be able to enable USB debugging. You need to connect your phone to a PC with a USB cable in order to use it. Afterward, your phone will prompt you to authorize USB Debugging for that particular computer.  

The computer now allows you to modify your phone’s settings, install applications, run tests, and control its functions.
