Step 3: Ensure the “Schedule” option is activated. Then, select the days you wish to schedule them.
Step 4: Use the clock wheel to set your preferred journaling time.
Note: The app typically suggests Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but feel free to choose any day that suits you.
And there you have it! Pick a day and time that allows you to write without interruptions. Once you’ve set your journal schedule, the app will send you reminders on those specific days and times. Additionally, you can lock a journal to prevent unauthorized access.
