How To Add Music To Your Instagram Notes: A Step-By-Step Guide
Open the Instagram app on your smartphone.
Tap on the DM Message icon located at the top right corner of the app.
Now, tap on “Your Note” to add music.
You’ll see a pop-up with the text “Share a thought…” on your profile icon. Write a text or emoji for your notes.
Below your profile picture, there is a Music icon. Tap on it to add music.
Choose your favorite music from the Saved section or search for music.
Select a 30-second timeframe from the music you’ve chosen and tap on the “Done” button.
Tap on the “Share with followers you follow back” option to select the types of shares.
You can choose to share with your followers you follow back or use the Closed Friends option. Tap on the Done button.
Finally, tap on the “Share” button located at the top right corner to share your music notes with your buddies.

How To Remove Music from Your Instagram Notes
In case you change your mind and want to remove music from your Instagram note, here’s how:
Go to the DM Message section and navigate to your Notes. Tap on the Note that has music attached to it.
Click on the “Delete Note” option to remove the music from your Note.
